Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.



Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-3 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

1 – We Promise and Guarantee not to sell used goods in any new place.
2 – We Promise and Guarantee If the product is not original, we will mention it in the title or description of the product or both.
3 – We Promise and Guarantee that the photos are exactly the same as the product. ( If changes may occur in products we will mention it )
4 – We Promise and Guarantee If a product needs an explanation that may play a role in the buyer’s decision, be sure to include it in the description.
5 – We Promise and Guarantee that Send exactly the goods ordered by the buyer.
6 – We Promise and Guarantee we Do not intentionally send damaged or problematic goods in any way.
7 – We Promise and Guarantee If the amount of damage above a normal level of a product is found, we should remove it from the sales list.
8 – We Promise and Guarantee In case of non-existence or cancellation of the order according to the regulations, we will not enter the buyer in the time-consuming return process.
9 – We Promise and Guarantee In case of non-availability of goods and all cancellations before sending, the full amount of the order will be returned to the customer in less than 2 Working Days.
10 – We Promise and Guarantee In all cases, monitor the physical health of the ordered product.
