To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
If you are approved for an exchange, we will send you the replacement item as soon as possible, subject to availability.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped yet. To cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and cancellation request.
If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you can still return it for a refund or exchange according to our return and refund policy above.
